MAINYARD COVID-19 ENTRANCE POLICY

In order to gain access to all MAINYARD events all ticket holders will need to demonstrate their COVID status.

On arrival you will be asked to provide the following. Failure to provide one of the below will result in your ticket being voided and entrance to the event being refused;

• A negatived COVID-19 Lateral Flow Device Test (LFT) taken within 48 hours of the start of the event via Text Message or Email from the NHS Track and Trace Service. (Please do not bring LFTs to the event).

• Proof of double vaccination through the NHS COVID-19 App or via printed NHS COVID Pass

• Proof of natural immunity by means of proof of a positive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within 180 days of the commencement of the event.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. DOWNLOAD THE NHS APP

   Please note that this is different to the NHS Track & Trace App, so be careful you download the correct one.

   A Pass generated by the App will need to be shown on entry next to your ticket when you arrive at the MAINYARD Gates. This will show the negative lateral flow test or that you have been double vaccinated.

   Once your covid pass has been generated on the App it can be placed in an Apple or Google Wallet ready to be shown easily upon entry.

2. TAKE A LATERAL FLOW TEST

If you are not double vaccinated before MAINYARD then you will need to do a Lateral Flow test and upload it to the NHS App (or gov.uk if you are not a resident of England) before you arrive at the gates.

It can take up to two hours for the App to verify your results so please allow time before leaving to do this.

Please note if you have had a positive PCR test in the last 180 dates you may be able to genrate a pass without testing.

3. GETTING YOU COVID PASS.

If you have recieved both doses of the vaccine then all you need to do is download the NHS app and your pass will be generated for you.

There needs to be two weeks gap between your second vaccination and the day of the event.
